Website privacy policy

How this website handles information when you browse, change a setting, or contact the developer. Effective 7 November 2026.

Who is responsible

Ivan Kramarchuk, based in Vancouver, Canada, operates this website and is responsible for the personal information handled for its purposes. You can contact him at i0532386223@gmail.com.

This policy covers the portfolio and application support pages on i0532386223.me, including their contact forms. Each application has its own privacy policy for data handled by that application. Links to external services lead to services with their own privacy policies.

Website visits

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. Like other website hosts, it receives technical request data, such as your IP address, the requested address, request time, browser information, and error or security information. It can process logs and network error reports to deliver the pages, find faults, and protect the service.

The website does not add advertising, audience analytics, or advertising profiles. Fonts, screenshots, and the website's own scripts are served from this site. Opening a contact form loads the external spam protection described below.

Contact messages

Contact is optional. When you choose Send, the form sends your email address, message, verification token, and any form context, such as the application name, to Formspree. Formspree processes the request and delivers it to the developer's email inbox. It also receives technical request data. Email delivery and storage use the developer's email provider, Google.

The developer uses your email address and message to answer your request, provide support, handle privacy or security concerns, and meet applicable legal obligations. The developer does not use support messages for advertising, mailing lists, or AI training, and does not sell them.

Do not send passwords, recovery keys, medical records, private documents, or other information that is not needed for your request. If you choose an email link instead of the form, your email provider and the developer's email provider handle that message.

Where the GDPR applies, the basis for ordinary correspondence and necessary website security is legitimate interests in answering requests and operating a safe website. If a request is necessary to enter into or perform a contract with you, that processing may instead be necessary for the contract. Processing required by law uses the applicable legal obligation. Providing an email address and message is necessary for the form to send a request and for the developer to reply; you do not have to use the form.

Spam protection

Each contact form is closed when the page first opens. Choosing Open contact form loads Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated submissions. Formspree receives the completed form only when you choose Send. Opening the form does not send the text you type to Formspree.

Turnstile processes browser and connection signals, such as IP address, browser information, and the website origin. Cloudflare acts as a processor when it protects this website. It also acts as a controller when it uses signals to improve Turnstile's bot detection. Cloudflare describes those purposes and its own legal basis in the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

You can browse the website without opening a contact form. You can also send an email to i0532386223@gmail.com if you do not want to load Turnstile.

Cookies and browser storage

The website does not set advertising or audience analytics cookies. Cloudflare's hosting and security services can use security cookies or browser signals. See the Cloudflare Cookie Policy and the Turnstile information above for details.

On the portfolio pages, choosing the animation control saves an on/off preference in your browser's local storage. Other pages can read that preference to respect your choice. It is not an identifier and is not sent to an analytics service. It stays until you change it or clear this site's browser data.

The portfolio command field runs a fixed set of commands in the page. Its command history stays in page memory and is cleared when the page reloads. Commands are not submitted to a server.

Providers and international processing

Cloudflare provides hosting and spam protection. Formspree handles form submissions. Google provides the developer's email inbox. These providers can use service providers of their own. Information may be processed in Canada, the United States, and other countries where the relevant providers operate; it is not promised to stay in the European Union.

Formspree states that its services are hosted in the United States and that it relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses as a processor. Cloudflare describes its international transfer safeguards in its Data Processing Addendum. Google describes its data transfer arrangements in its privacy framework information. You can read those documents at the links below or ask the developer for information about safeguards relevant to your request.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to handle a security incident or establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.

How long data is kept

Support messages are kept while the request is being handled and for as long as needed for related follow-up, an unresolved security issue, or a legal obligation or claim. The content and purpose of the request determine that period; there is no single fixed period for every message. Copies can remain in the developer's email inbox and the form service. Provider logs, archives, and backups have separate retention arrangements under the relevant provider terms.

You can ask for deletion at the contact address below. The developer may need to keep information required for an unresolved issue or a legal obligation. The local animation preference remains in your browser until you change or clear it, as described above.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or receive a portable copy where that right applies. If a particular activity relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

You can also complain to your local privacy authority. In the EU or EEA, you can contact the supervisory authority in the country where you live or work, or where you believe an infringement occurred. The EDPB authority directory lists those authorities.

Send requests to i0532386223@gmail.com. Include enough information to locate your message. The developer may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal information.

Contact and policy updates

For questions about this website or information sent to the developer, email i0532386223@gmail.com. This address is available without opening the contact form.

This policy will be updated when the website's data handling changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
