This Privacy Policy applies to the Visual App Launcher app for macOS.
I do not collect, store, sell, or share any personal data from this app.
The app does not send your list of installed apps, app names, app paths, favorites, hidden apps, launch history, settings, custom folders, or other app data to me. I do not operate servers that receive data from the app.
Visual App Launcher stores its settings locally on your Mac. This may include layout settings, favorite apps, hidden apps, recently launched apps, launch counts, and custom application folders you add.
The app scans standard macOS application folders and user-selected folders to display app icons and names. This information is used locally to build the launcher view.
If you add a custom application folder, the app may ask macOS for read-only access to that folder. This access is used only to find applications in that folder and keep the launcher updated.
The app does not currently use third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or cloud services.
Third-party services may be added in a future version. If that happens, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe what services are used and what data, if any, they process.
The app does not use cookies or tracking technologies.
I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
